The purpose of the processing of the personal data collected through the app is to identify and associate the user with their profile within the app, as well as to send them push notifications related to the app.

The legal basis for the processing of these data is the consent of the user, which is requested at the time of registering in the app using the Apple login.

The personal data collected through the app are not communicated or transferred to any third party, unless there is a legal obligation or an express authorization from the user.

The personal data are stored in the database of Firebase Firestore of Google, which acts as the data processor and offers adequate guarantees for the protection of the data.

Prend uses Google's AdMob service to display ads within the app. AdMob may collect information about the app usage, such as device information, location, IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers. The personal data are kept until the user requests their deletion or cancels their account in the app.

The users have the following rights over their personal data:

• Right of access: they can request the data controller to confirm whether or not their personal data are being processed and, if so, to access them.
• Right of rectification: they can request the data controller to rectify the personal data that are inaccurate or incomplete.
• Right of erasure: they can request the data controller to erase the personal data when they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, when they have withdrawn their consent, when they object to the processing or when the processing is unlawful.
• Right of restriction: they can request the data controller to restrict the processing of their personal data when they challenge their accuracy, when the processing is unlawful and they oppose their erasure, when the controller no longer needs the data but the user needs them for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims or when the user has objected to the processing.
• Right of portability: they can request the data controller to deliver their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or to transmit them to another controller, when the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means.
• Right of objection: they can object to the processing of their personal data when the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the controller or on the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers, alleging reasons related to their particular situation, or when the processing is for direct marketing purposes.

To exercise these rights, the users can contact the data controller using the contact details indicated above, attaching a copy of their identity document or equivalent.

The users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority if they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes the applicable regulations.

By registering in the app using the Apple login, the user grants their express consent for the access and processing of the following personal data:

• Unique identifier associated with the user
• Username (which does not have to be real)
• Email (which can be hidden if the user wishes)

The user can revoke their consent at any time from the settings of the app or their Apple account.

The app is not aimed or intended for minors, so no personal data of minors are collected or processed. If the data controller becomes aware that personal data of a minor have been collected, they will proceed to their immediate deletion.

The app does not offer or use geolocation services, so the location of the user is not accessed or processed.
